These images are designed to introduce students to the range of imaging studies appropriate for patients with complaints referable to the chest, and to show what features of the patient's general condition can be inferred by looking at such images. The session will focus on identification of different types of imaging studies, use of appropriate terminology to describe general findings, and how to determine general features of patient condition that may be evident on physical exam, such as muscle mass, body habitus, and general state of health.
