This lesion is smoothly marginated and oval with parallel orientation. This is most consistent with a benign diagnosis like a fibroadenoma, but should be followed at 6-12 month intervals to demonstrate stability for 2 years before returning to routine screening

If there are only a few adjacent cysts (each completely anechoic with no internal flow or flow in the walls) they do not require any followup. If there are more smaller cysts, they should be followed at six month or 12 month intervals until stability for two years is established.
